What is Convas?

Convas is a product feedback platform that helps you:

Quick Start Guide

1. Set up your feedback page

Your feedback page is available at your-company.convas.io by default. This is where customers can submit feedback, vote on existing requests, and view your public roadmap.

2. Configure a custom domain (recommended)

For a more professional experience and to enable advanced features, set up a custom domain like feedback.yourcompany.com. This is required for:

  • Using the feedback widget on your website
  • Auto-login functionality
  • Cross-domain authentication

3. Install the feedback widget

The Convas widget allows customers to submit feedback without leaving your application. It's a lightweight JavaScript snippet that adds a feedback button to your website or app.

4. Enable auto-login (optional)

With auto-login, your authenticated users can submit feedback without creating separate accounts. The widget will automatically identify users based on your existing authentication system.

5. Set up integrations

Connect Convas with your existing tools:
