What is a tracked user?

A tracked user is anyone who posts, votes or comments on feedback. The user only counts once. They can post, vote or comment as many times as they want. Tracked users do not reset.

What is the Private plan and a private feedback page?

The private plan allow you to use private feedback pages that are password protected and/or visible only to invited users. An example use case for this is to collect internal feedback and ideas from employees.

Do we pay extra for more team members?

No, we don't charge you based on how many team members you have. Your whole team can work together without extra cost.

Will we be charged when we cross 25 tracked users?

Yes, but only if you have added your credit card. We don't ask for a credit card up front and we will not charge you unless you decide to continue using Convas.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yep, cancel at any time without a hassle. You are billed on a monthly basis.
