Convas Now Supports 25 Languages

We're thrilled to announce a major milestone in making Convas truly global: full support for 25 languages. This means teams around the world can now collect, manage, and respond to customer feedback in their native language.

Why Multi-Language Support Matters

We've seen that customers are much more likely to share feedback when they can do so in their native language. It removes that small friction that might prevent someone from taking the time to explain their thoughts or suggestions.

This is especially important for product teams working in international markets, where language barriers can mean missing out on valuable insights from different user groups.

The 25 Languages We Now Support

We now support: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek, Ukrainian, Turkish, Indonesian, Catalan, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, and Serbian (Latin).

This represents over 1 billion native speakers across developed markets worldwide.

Translation Approach

We've aimed for friendly, natural-sounding translations that adapt to local communication styles. While we've done our best to ensure the tone feels right for each language and culture, we know translations can always be improved.

How to Switch Languages

Changing your Convas language is simple:

  1. Go to your Company Settings
  2. Find the Language dropdown
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. All UI elements, validation messages, and text immediately update

What This Means for Your Business

With 25-language support, you can expand to international markets knowing that language barriers won't prevent customers from sharing feedback. Users tend to provide more detailed feedback when they can express themselves in their native language, which means better insights for your product decisions.

Getting Started

If you're already using Convas, you'll find the new language options in your company settings. For new users, all 25 languages are available from day one.
